Since joining Centrepieces I have become increasingly enthusiastic about art. Prior to this I hardly ever drew, let alone use pastels or acrylics, which are now my preferred media. I find that my interest in the history of popular music and nature provide me with a constant source of subjects. I have my barren periods when inspiration is low, so when motivated I try to produce as much as possible however long I work.
Working along side such a diverse and friendly group of artists at Centrepieces is helping me become more confident in both my own ability as an artist and my self-esteem.
