After many years of suffering with mental health problems, I first attended the Crayford Centre in 2010. It closed in 2014 and Centrepieces moved to The Lodge, Hall Place, Bexleyheath. After a 4 year break due to severe illness, I re-joined in August 2018. Centrepieces has since helped me to focus on my strengths, rather than my weaknesses. I love art and use a variety of techniques, i.e. mixed media, acrylic, gouache, water colour. I have learnt many new, varying media and attended some very good workshops. The tutors are all of an excellent calibre. I would thoroughly recommend Centrepieces to anyone suffering from mental health issues.
