I joined Centrepieces in September 2018. Art has always helped me to express myself and deal with high anxiety and dyspraxia, and I have found this project a place where I can go without feeling judged. I have enjoyed the acrylic pour and painting with nature workshops, and being around people in the same situation as me is helping in my recovery.
